In the world of Zen, there is Rokuharamitsu, the six paramitas for reaching the other shore of Enlightenment.

One of them is ”devotion”.

In this work, I devoted myself to drawing lines that would impress the viewer's heart with a small number of strokes. I put all of my soul into the few strokes.
