The Sounds of the Music Warms Me

After a lifetime of protecting (as seen by his military gear at his feet), sometimes the music is all you have left...but it brings hope for the future. This painting was referenced through a snapshot photo I took of a homeless man who filled a subway of Chicago with beautiful music from his guitar.
