Haphazard and chaotic, while simultaneously planned and ordered, the attraction of a Metropolis remains undeterred by the the risk factors that are sewn in the seams of the coloured garments of disguise, and woven into the personalities of those who lives adorn themselves and lose themselves within it's vitality, seediness, energy and exhaustion, thriving in it's own decomposition while the lights illuminate it's wonders and it's squalor.
