Originally from Stuttgart, Germany, he moved to London in the 90s, where he continued to make work and exhibit internationally. He graduated with a MA Photography (distinction) from Central Saint Martins, UAL London in 2014.
Through a fluid merging of practices his photographs and work are layered, deconstructed and masked to create pieces which are both seen and not seen, where the overlays acting as both veil and window to the image beneath.
