Born in Paris from an English mother and a Belgium father with an Italian background I was the recipeint of an important award in France : Eugene Fromentin. In 1986 I was chosen to submit some works for the highly prestigious Automn Salon in Paris and then move to England where I had several exhibitions with different galeries at the time.

Inspired by my serrrounding I moved towards a new way of working stimulated by the ifluences of important international artists. My work frequntly places the human figures and nature in an abstract environment supported by a vivid use of colours where subtle gradation and dramatic contrast express nuance of emotion and sensuous physicality. The work expresses also the direct sensation of lived experience through organic shapes and forms woven from flowing lines and the gaze of the viewer.
