I am presently teaching as an Assistant Professor in Department of Sociology in Adamas University and is pursuing Ph.D in Sociology from Jadavpur University. I have participated in cultural programmes at my workplace in Rabindra Jayanti in 8th May 2019 and  have also participated in NATIONAL LEVEL COVID 19 LOCKDOWN DIGITAL ART FEST organized by ISDG Research Foundation where I have received Certificate of Appreciation. I have around 6 and half years of teaching experience in government and private colleges and universities, respectively. I have around 11 publications in National /inernational journals and books.

I have been invited as Chairperson of a session entitled ‘Waste Management and Sustainable Development’ in Industry Academia Meet Cum Exhibition on Waste Management and Social Enterpreneurship organized by Adamas University in collaboration with Mahatma Gandhi National Council of Rural Education, Department of Higher Education, MHRD, Government of India from 4-5^th February 2020.
