SMILE, influenced by his mother, from an early age became interested in drawing. But it was through two cousins that interest turned into passion.
It was in the early 90s, through the film Beat Street, the pet's Hip Hop invaded. Two pairs of years later, led by the sound of Vanilla Ice, Kriss Kross and Mc Hammer, found that Hip Hop was in her veins.
Experienced the break and the music, when I was 13, getting to write some lyrics and record them to tape with a school friend. That's when he felt it was not the right place at the Culture.
Never stop drawing, is in mid-1999 to devote himself to decide Graffiti. "Closed" 2 years to build, paint for the 1st time "SMILE" cans with a hardware store. Not getting the desired result, continues to draw more and more.
In 2002 wins his 1st Graffiti Contest in Odivelas. From there emerged numerous job offers in which largely to the Parish of Ramada. Took 1st place in the mythical Graffiti Contest in Oeiras in 2004 and 2nd in 2006. It has work for several brands such as, Nissan, Mc Donald's, Billabong, SIC, TVI, RTP, LRG, DVS, MagicMushroom, Cannabis Energy drink, CIN, Freemind, Uni-Posca etc etc. .. . One of his most renowned work is to MONTANA COLORS, brand cans Graffiti in 2005, and the painting of a facade of a building in Olhão with support from UNI Posca in 2010. It also has some meetings and workshops of Graffiti and a few more exhibitions.
