Hello!

My name is Aneliya Angelova.I was born in Gabrovo in 1973. Even as a child I spent most of my time in drowing.My memories of my work school years as that all my paintings were submitted for exhibitions and often received little awards, like books and ect.

I graduated in Svistov, Bulgaria with a degree in economics, majoring in finance, insurance and social work.I spent over twenty years working in the automotive industry.

Bringing a blank canvas to life, of creating that will last forever after you, made me return to my schilhood passion, namely painting. My motivation and my sence of usefulness are enhanced when I am appreciated by audience. The paintings are all done in oil paint and putty. My paintings are filled with vibrant colours, with clear contrasts and reflections,hoping to give people a break from grey everyday lives. I want them to feel the emotion I get from creating them.

As a self-taught artist, I can also mention that the first painting that I created three years ago, was still wet and undried, and at the moument I published it was bought. This gesture encouraged me to continue. It was just the beginning of the pandemic of the 19 species.

One the inspirations Iam working is the beauty of Croatia and especially the Adriatic coast. We used to travel to Croatia 2-3 times every year. We used to spend time with our many friends, admiring the beauty and grace of language. I try to reflect this love in my work.

The next motive I am working on is the city I live now for 8 years is Sozopol. The sea theme is constantly present in my works. And the 3 motive for inspiration is the village near Gabrovo.The village of Stolat where my family spent time every weekend for 20 years. 

I also make digital NFT projects. Now I am so happy that people have appreciated my work in the digital world, witch makes me want to create even more.
