Deborah K. is an emerging self-taught artist based in France. Her work explores the imprints of trauma on the body and memory through a refined, often monochromatic practice where matter becomes language. Blending emotional abstraction with raw symbolism, she interrogates scars, silence, and attempts at repair. Her first body of work, Anatomy of Trauma, consists of nine pieces that reveal the invisible layers of wounding. The central triptych, What the Body Holds, offers a visceral journey through trauma and opens a deep reflection on resilience.
