Kimiara Johnson is an artist from the United States who loves to create art from everyday objects, art supplies and fashion. Kimiara produces art in several mediums including: Oil, Acrylic, and mixed media painting. Kimiara also enjoys creating photography, mosaic and marble art for interior design, sculpting and drawing. In effort to gain international exposure, Kimiara has participated in art shows across the United States yet most recently for Fusion Art Gallery and Malamegi Lab 15 art contest in Italy. As of 2020, Kimiara is a Small Works on Paper artist for the Arkansas Arts Council as well. Inspiration to create art comes from her childhood and Kimiara’s past partial disability as she was on a walker at age 21 using her able limbs to paint. As a result of past disability, education and art talent, Kimiara applies her will to paint inspired by children and youth with sensory and developmental disabilities.
