I am digital artist, based out of HK and reaching out to explore the opportunity of partnering with your esteemed organization for displaying my artwork. I graduated from an esteemed Art College in Mumbai, India in Applied Arts with a major in fashion photography. I started my professional journey with fashion photography for 2 years including assisting the famous Bollywood actor Boman Irani, followed by 3 years of working as a graphic designer for a US based MNC specialising in sportswear graphics.

I have always been interested in the world of contemporary digital art and limitless creative boundaries it brings and in 2008 decided to follow the path of higher calling and ventured full time into digital painting. I create my artwork in similar fashion to non-digital painting, but using software on a computer platform and digitally outputting the resulting image as painted on canvas. In 2010, I got the opportunity to exhibit my paintings in a New Delhi based exhibition and many of my paintings have found beautiful homes of my customers. In 2011, I moved to HK along with my husband and since been fascinated by this vibrant city and the convergence of energy, creativity, art and culture

 

Besides working on bespoke digital painting for my customers, I was also privileged to get an opportunity to work on a Children’s book (2015) and collaborate with a local start up (2016) to create designs for their products including scarfs https://www.folklorehk.com/blog/talkwithourcollaboratingartist/

 

I feel very strongly about digital art, the opportunity it can bring and the importance of raising awareness of digital paintings including the creative process and its nuances.
