Graduated from Norwegian school of arts and crafts, Voss, 1972. Extensive travelling throughout the world. Lived in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 1985 to 2004 working and exhibiting as a professional artist, as well as teaching art from 1995 to 1998, and again from200 to 2006 in Lyngdal, Norway. Currently living, and working in my atelier,  gallery and sculpture-garden in Biri, Norway. Main feature for the past 2 years and continuing over the next few years is a 8 meter tall out-door installation of wood, glass and burnt clay containing biological material, called the LOM - project. It´s site-spesific and satilite sections can be errected to show in galleries and art-museums throughout the world.
