To me, Art is the experience of living in the present moment.The moment in which most people find themselves lost. 

In such a moment, I find my self outside of my personal studio, whether 200 or 2000 kilometers away from home.The distance takes me closer to myself and my art, it takes me beyond the 2d world of papers and media, where my creative mind flies high and reaches the untouched ideas.

 

Cultural exchange is one of the main topics of today’s social life. my works are focused on the social misunderstandings between cultures and they reflect the conscious and unconscious states of a civilized mind, where I express them as metaphors, innuendos, parables or proverbs. 

My travels and lifestyle experiences at the art residencies in different countries as well as the cultural adventure within the different languages and native cultures has brought me a deeper understanding of those social misunderstandings and has helped me to live better And to create better art.
