Born and raised in the U.S. Capital, Washington D.C. it comes as no surprise that many works base off that very environment. With colorful realism, these works capture “Our” culture while simultaneously displaying in-depth details to permanently stamp the regalness of the subject matter. We live in the now, but Victor’s art serves as a time stamp of periods of time held personal. If given the time, we have the opportunity to live many lives within our term.
