Vincent Ceraudo was born in 1986 in Fontainebleau. He studied at the Leipzig Academyl in Germany in the photography class of Peter Piller, and at the Villa Arson in Nice, France. Through the use of photography and videoh is research explores the fringe between  psychic reality and a so-called objective reality. It is an attempt to capture the degree of uncertainty that constitute our reality.  In these moments of doubts, when the apparent reality escapes to us, he catch interferences and gaps to redefine the real and its acceptable boundaries.

After completing his studies at the Villa Arson in 2012, he participated in various seminars of research and residences, including the Royal College of Arts in London, but also with the Peep-Hole Foundation in Milan or at the Barber Shop in Lisbon, Portugal. In 2013  he resides at the Contemporary Art Museum of Genoa in Italy and in 2014 he participates to the Offshore research program in Shanghai. He has exhibited his work at the Salon de Montrouge in Paris, at the Contemporary Art Museum of Genova in Italy during the exhibition After the future, in the square gallery of the Villa Arson in Nice during the exhibition Heart of Darkness, and in the Art Center of the Villa Arson for the exhibithion Hic. In 2014 he was selected for the Showroom of the international contemporary art fair Art-O-Rama in Marseille where he received the first prize of the jury. It is also laureat of the White House Photography Festival of Marseille that same year. In 2015 he was invited by Lars Bang Larsen and Marco Pasi at the MUMA (Monash University Museum of Art) in Melbourne, Australia for  the exhibition Believe not every spirit but try the spirits.  He participate this same year with the Fundación Botín in Spain to the residence of the Villa Iris in Santander. He is the guest artist of the Art-O-Rama international art fair in Marseille in 2015, and will present also his work during the biennale of Milan at the Fabrica Del Vapore.
