Jamie was born in 1990, he started drawing after a visit to his grandfather when his 5-year older brother displayed their grandfather a drawing that he drew of a red ferrari. he was awed by the acknowledgement  and praise his brother received.

thanks to the beautiful school-system of holland creativity only get's stimulated for children that get good grades in all subjects, so he got placed in culinary course. Most of his drawing was done in class that had dull subjects or when he got sent out.

It was several years after high-school that he bumped into an old high-friend that tipped him off, there was a gallery opening in his town. his friend knew Jamie always liked to draw, and introduced the art of painting to him.

Jamie since then traded his pencil for the brush, and fell in love with the ability to use big strokes and working on big canvas, to not be restricted with color. he started painting expressionism, and gave the gallery "VET" a visit, and got turned down the first couple of visits. After several visits more and more paintings came to hang on display. Several works of him got sold before the gallery had to shut her doors. 

After one year of not touching the brush, he now started painting again, realism mixed with expressionism. realism, because thats where he started out with in his drawings, realism. Jamie is now working on a project for the brand "Amsterdam", creating a piece to do live in their promo-film. 

Jamie has now reached the age of 22
