My Silence is a Statement

The portrait asks the viewer to pause their judgment—even for a moment and to answer:

"How much more do I need to be enough?"

 

This portrait expresses a woman's inner state during a transitional phase, caught between existing and becoming. Her gaze is filled with silence that holds fatigue, resistance, and strength.

 

Society demands everything from a woman at once: beauty, intelligence, success and yet, obedience. She is never enough. More is always expected of her.

 

This work seeks to transform that invisible pressure into a living chaos from which a voice is born.
