In the air

This work depicts a figure floating in midair, lightened by letting go of what it once carried.

 

Releasing what is precious to oneself brings pain, yet it severs ties to the past, granting freedom and becoming a catalyst for a new self. The figure drifting in space expresses the freedom gained through letting go and the exploration of new possibilities.

 

The black background represents a situation where nothing is visible, a state of groping in the dark. The vivid colors of the motif express the energy pulsing within it. The granular pattern overlaid on the motif represents the flow of energy, showing that life force resides within, having gained freedom.

 

I want to convey that by letting go of the past self, one can reach new possibilities.
