Before the wings

Before the Wings explores the fragile moment before transformation — the tension between restraint and surrender. The black hand, marked by emerging feathers, becomes a symbol of psychological fracture and metamorphosis. Suspended within a theatrical void, the gesture reflects the silent conflict between identity, perfection and the fear of becoming something unknown. The work is part of the ongoing series Black Swan, a visual exploration of inner duality, emotional pressure and transformation through symbolic imagery.
