It has always been my hobby ever since my Dad took me along rivers, mountains and forests, showing me natures beauty and capturing it.  In those days it was still with Diapositives, Ektachrome and Kodachrome and his treasured Leica Camera.

I was born in Switzerland, in Gstaad and did my schooling and studies there and in Lausanne and Bern.

For the past 35 years I have travelled the world and worked in more than 15 countries around the globe and have whenever possible taken my Nikon camera along. I started with the Nikon F3, then the D200 and now the D3S and Nikkor lenses and accessories. I also have the Fujifilm Finepix X 100 and the rugged underwater Nikon Coolpix AW 100.
