Mercedes Cotoli was born in Buenos Aires in 1988 and had a degree as a Image and Sound Designer at the University of Buenos Aires.

Throughout her career she worked as a director of photography and camera operator on various audiovisual projects in film, commercials and documentaries.

Parallel to her studies she was formed as a professional photographer and began to develop her photographic work.

Created Revista Madriguera, a magazine of contemporary photography, and currently lives and works in Buenos Aires.
