Lisaru Silviu Florian was born in Match 19 1974 Romania.

He gratuated from the Arts University Boucarest in 1998.His artistic trajectory is carried out from figurative representation to the abstract because he is an accomplished modeler,creating up to megaobjects and artistic integrations in arhitectural restructuring and integrations works.

In 2007,he won second prize in the contest for making the monument Henri Coandă, Boucarest.

In 2008 he won the second prize in the solution contest for making the monument Pope John Paul.

In 2015 his proiect chosen for making Heroes monument Govora,Romania.

In 2017 he took part at London Art Biennale,and he was awarded first prize in the sculpture section.
