Radiance

Radiance explores light as a sustained state.

The work is created outdoors and exposed to sun, wind, dust, and rain. The surface records this exposure through fading, subtle stains, vertical drips, and incidental traces. These elements form the structure of the painting and register time and environment.

The color field holds intensified warmth where shadow recedes and form softens. The absence of a fixed center allows the surface to function as an atmosphere the viewer inhabits.

Radiance carries the warmth that remains within lived experience. Saturation and light create a space for pause — a field of quiet presence and reflection.
