Francesco de Marco è nato a Napoli il 26 giugno del 1964. Ha seguito gli studi classici, conseguendo il diploma magistrale. Ha tre figli, Federica, Andrea e Alexander.
Figlio d'arte, fin dalla più giovane età frequenta il laboratorio artistico paterno. Lì ha l’occasione di conoscere il Maestro del padre, l'illustre pittore napoletano
Vittorio Piscopo.
Fu un colpo di fulmine nella vita del giovane Francesco che inizia a sperimentare e cimentarsi con i colori e le tele. Anch’egli diviene allievo di Piscopo, che rimase colpito dall’intuitività della tecnica e la familiarità nell’uso del colore che il giovane dimostrava. Iniziò così uno splendido sodalizio artistico che ebbe fine con il trasferimento della famiglia al Nord Italia negli anni ‘80.
Dalla pittura e dall'irrequieto rapporto del Maestro ed Amico Vittorio con la ricerca sperimentale, Francesco de Marco ha ormai tratto lo spirito guida per la rappresentazione grafica e cromatica delle sue complesse elaborazioni mentali, supportando il proprio lavoro creativo e la propria ricerca artistica con una profonda cultura di base.

Altrettanta importanza per Francesco de Marco hanno avuto i frequenti viaggi e soggiorni in vari paesi Europei ed in Sud-America, che hanno alimentato e fortemente influenzato la sua vena artistica.
Attualmente Francesco de Marco vive ed opera in provincia di Udine, dopo aver trascorso gli ultimi 5 anni in Puglia, in provincia di Lecce.

Francesco de Marco was born in Naples on June 26, 1964. He studied classics, graduating college. He has three children, Federica, Andrea and Alexander.
Son of art from a very early age he attended the art studio of his father Aldo in Naples. There he had the opportunity to met the Master of his father, the illustrious Neapolitan painter
Vittorio Piscopo.
It was a flash of lightning in the life of Francesco which begins to experience and experiment with colors and canvases. He also became a student of Piscopo, who was struck by the familiarity of the technique and intuitive use of color that the young man showed. Thus began a beautiful artistic partnership that ended with his family moved to Northern Italy in the '80s.
From painting and the uneasy relationship of master and friend Vittorio with experimental research, Francesco de Marco has suddenly become the guiding spirit for graphic and color of its complex mental processing, supporting their creative work and their artistic research with a deep basic culture.
Equally important for Francesco de Marco have held his frequent trips and stays in various Italian and European countries and in South America, who have fed and strongly influenced his artistic talent.
Currently Francesco de Marco lives and works in the province of Udine, after having spent the last 5 years in Apulia, in the province of Lecce.
