Jonas Finckh was born in 1990 near Stuttgart, southern Germany. Since 2008, he has been creating street art pieces. After he had qualified as a kids teacher, he worked in a day-care for kids and adolescents and identified art as being one of the keys to people’s development. Jonas then decided to study Illustration at BTK, University of Design, Hamburg. His roots brought him back to Stuttgart where he is creating many types of art pieces on different materials. He found his vocation in portrait drawing and painting, in pencil, acrylic and oil, on paper and canvas.
