NIYONSABA SERGE’S BIOGRAPHY

I was born in Rubavu on 16^th October, 1987. I listened to my heart and became successfully a great Rwandan Artist. After 3 years of study at Nyundo Art School (Gisenyi). 

In 2009, I had a new life full of belief, inspiration, since my participation in ART FOR PEACE(Art competition) organized by Rwanda National Museum, which encouraged me to think beyond the limits and expand my horizons as an artist. I followed the advice of teacher (Koffi Kankorongo Leon) and began to experiment with different mediums. I developed my unique personal style in the paintings (oil, acrylic, watercolour, ink). The main inspiration source of my work is my imagination. The love of thinking beyond my expectation can be seen in my paintings, which typically describe the activities of my daily thoughts.
