The Self-Portrait comes from the cycle The Images of Existence that express the original vision of the artist, who is not afraid to experiment with form and color. The main point of my interest is exploring color. The impastos I apply to the canvas give my work dynamics and expression, and at the same time allow it to maintain a certain mystery. Some of her paintings are painted swiftly, as if the time for painting was irretrievably running out. They are sometimes nostalgic and at other times dramatic. They also approach the principles of American abstract expressionism and Art informel tradition of the 1940s and 1950s.
