My name is Cynthia Barthelme, I am 22 years old and currently in my second year of art studies at the École des Beaux-Arts in Annecy. Before that, I completed two years of interior architecture studies after obtaining a STD2A high school diploma.

I am an artist who creates small sculptural monsters, bringing to life a unique and imaginary universe. I wish to reveal this world to you and invite you to immerse yourself in my dreamlike realm.

I aim to show that the monsters born from our hallucinations, our fears, or our nighttime terrors can be seen differently. Just like demons in stories, films, and in the collective imagination, they can take on another form. I transform them into characters that evoke a feeling somewhere between cuteness and menace.
