Onasis Gaisie is a Ghanaian photographer and director based in Accra. He fell in love with photography as a child, taking and developing pictures with his father. He began his professional career as the official photographer for the annual Ghana Garden and Flower Show, a role he held for two years. In 2017, he had his first joint exhibition, The Architect Project. As a freelance photographer, he has developed a broad portfolio and is notably a Getty Images contributor. In 2019, he joined the boutique media production house Apag Studios as Production Manager and Creative Lead, where he has overseen various projects in documentary, commercial, editorial photography, and media production.

Throughout his work, Onasis naturally portrays the culture, lifestyle, and fashion of his native country Ghana, from past to current trends.
