Lee Gwo Yinn trained as a Civil Engineer but has been working as Workplace Safety and Health Officer for decades in Singapore. Took up art seriously in late June 2010. Relocated to Yangon/Mandalay from March 2013 where he continues his work mapping impact of anti-gay law and attitude.
