Tuli's work  is infused with a sense of confusion and anguish, with moments of beauty, clarity and optimism. Layers of thoughts, memories, visions and associations, intertwine, pushing themselves, to the fore, before fading out or twisting into some other forms. These figments frequently depict natural forms, enigmatic figures, and the relationship between death and growth and re-birth.
