This work emerged from thinking about the human not as a subject,

but as a surface.

A point of contact. A transition.

Body and consciousness appear here as systems -

overlapping, interfering, incomplete.

Boundaries exist, but only as temporary markers.

I don’t treat this figure as an answer.

It is closer to a pause in the process,

a moment where structure becomes visible

before it dissolves again.
