SALINES DE MARAS

This painting represents the salt flats of Maras set against the mountainside in the sacred valley of the Incas, region of Cuzco in Peru, which I visited during my stay in June 2017. The ocher earth and the white, colored basins by the bright and warm colors of the setting sun, amazed me.
