Liberation

Part of my 'Becoming' series, this work explores the final stage of a woman's journey: from tenderness and societal conditioning to a profound state of release. Through biomorphic forms and layered acrylic glazes, the piece visualizes the internal 'silent metamorphosis' of the self. It is an exploration of feminine identity as a fluid, evolving narrative where strength is found in the surrender to one’s own expansion—a return to the self defined as 'Mukti' or liberation." The use of classic layering technique and texture of gesso at select places has helped me acheive the interpretation of becoming the best version of self
