Photographer for over thirty years.  Specializing in various photography forms, still-life, Nature/Outdoors, Landscapes, and patterns and abstact shapes.

I love to use my creativity in capturing the image, but also love the post-production, digital format that PhotoShop brings.

I started a way back having a Canon A1 many years ago, taking thousands of slides and also photography on print format.  Since then, I took that inevitable 'fork in the road' between traditional slide/negative photography and ended up 'switching to digital' format almost ten years ago now.

I, just very recently upgraded my camera to a Nikon D7100.  Though my Galaxy Samsung camera- phone has it's place in my photography world!

I approach life and see it thru eyes of wonder, of appreciation, and try to capture that special moment in time, no matter how overt, in-your-face-matter of fact the image might be, or something that no one else seems to notice or something that we take for granted!

Lately I have discovered the powerful, and expressive format of displaying my photographs on canvas, thus adding that extra bit of artistry on a textured canvas.

I hope you will enjoy my photos.  I am partial to ones with water, including Lake Ontario that surrounds one of my favourite photography sites, "The Toronto Islands"!
