In 2002 I graduated at Universita’ del Piemonte Orientale in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures, English and French, Major in Mass Communication, in Vercelli, the city where I was born. I have loved photography since I was a child so after graduation I took some photography courses in Vercelli and bought my first reflex.  In 2013 I concentrated mainly on digital photography. At the beginning of 2016 I bought a full frame reflex and attended a Master in Design & Image with Oliviero Toscani in Bard. At the same time I became more and more interested in film and instant photography so started new projects using a Polaroid 600, a Holga and a Rollei A110. I am fascinated by the way old or toy cameras compell you to think in a different way before shooting; the pure technique and aspects seem less important, you focus on the feelings that the photo will arise. Perfection and sharpness are no more fundamental. At the moment I am working on a project about scars, that involves photography and painting. I am also collaborating with some luxury hotels on lake Maggiore, Northern Italy.
