Garden of the Royal Danish Library in Light Snowfall

I took this photograph during a brief snowfall in Copenhagen, a few days before Christmas in 2023.

The Garden of the Royal Danish Library was empty, and the snow softened everything: the old brick façade, the hedges, the path, even the statue in the centre.

In black and white, the garden becomes quieter and a little more distant, as if seen through memory.
