This work explores power and pleasure. By transforming bath and beach towels into badges imitating military awards, the installation is located at the intersection of personal intimacy and public authority.
The towel, a common object associated with comfort and relaxation, is here elevated to the status of a symbol of recognition and distinction. This transformation questions how society assigns value and merit, suggesting that power and pleasure are not always separate but often intertwine in complex dynamics of status and desire.
