The sea becomes a reflection of the longing, questions, and dreams we carry within us, yet have not lived. Stillness meets the desire to depart, as though gazing into the distance were a quiet attempt to understand ourselves. The painting invites viewers to stand at their own inner balcony and contemplate the distance between the life they live and the life they long for.
