Originally from Wotton-Under-Edge, Andy studied photography and illustration at the nearby Stroud College, Gloucestershire.

Now living and working in Brighton, England, he is developing a portfolio of original digital art featuring photorealistic pictures. 

Fascinated by the interplay between colours, and the limitless variety of designs using only triangles, his artwork starts with his own photography, then referred to for selection of hues, tones and shapes for depth and effect.

Each triangle is hand-drawn digitally, carefully placed and meticulously coloured.

The number alongside each title indicates the number of triangles that make up each piece.

In addition to local landscapes, Andy is also working on a series of Botanical Studies and various abstracts.

The “Cinque Terre” series, from Liguria, Italy, commences with Riomaggiore; the full set of 5 will be completed in time for his first solo exhibition to be held in Brighton, UK, scheduled for July 2018.
