Born in Valencia in 1987, Blanca Giménez is graduated in Fine Arts and has a Master's Degree in Visual and Multimedia Art. She was one of the artists chosen to take part in the II and III International Encounter of University Art "Ikas Art" (2010 and 2011, Bilbao, Spain), representing the Faculty of Fine Arts from Valencia. She has participated in different national and international screenings and exhibitions such as: the International Video Art Festival of Lisbon "Fuso 2012" (Portugal), the 5th International Independent Art Festival "Incubarte" (Valencia, Spain), the audiovisual competition "35h, c’est court" (Rennes, France) or the "1st Open announcement: Sound Art, Podcast and Online Performances" (Caracas, Venezuela). 

Light, space, emotions and relationships are the main themes of her artistic practice, always treated from a critical and analytical point of view. She usually works with these concepts by means of installations or video-installations.
