"Neo Super Pop Art"

Through the lens of Pop Art I seek to re-examine and re-define the persistent symbology of our time. Original sin, the crucifixion of Jesus, Hitler as superstar; nothing is off limits and everything fair game. My art is spectacle. With bold colours and textures I write large themes that are often only whispered about, questions around the church, politics, sexuality, modernity. The result is a stunning mixture of taboo and truth, love and anger, passion and protest, myth and reality.

I not only work with wood and objects, but also draw on glass and paper. I work with felt pens, highlighters and textas. My paintings are planned, but my drawings are spontaneous and are an expression of my inner self.
