I graduated the Fine Arts High School in Cluj-Napoca, Romania in1986 and

 The Academy of Fine Arts in Buharest, Romania- History and Theory of Arts, in1991.

In 2005 I got a phd degree in History at the University "Valahia", Targoviste. I also have law studies and a MA in " Conflict Mediation".

I started my career as a textile restorer at the Village Museum in Bucharest, where I worked 16 years. The next 8 years I was a counsellor in the Ministry of Culture, then the manager of the Memorial Museum "Octavian Goga", in Ciucea, Cluj for the next five years. Since last year I am the Head of the Conservation and Restoration Department at the National Museum Cotroceni.
