Irina Lerman (Tolchilshchikova) is a professional ballet soloist and independent choreographer.

Originally from Russia, she graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy with a master’s degree in Choreography Art. She then worked at the Mariinsky Theatre, collaborating with world renowned choreographers, performing a wide range of roles. In 2013 she choreographed her first production “Mind Games”, to the music of the Max Richter. She subsequently choreographed several more ballet productions and won silver medal at the Riga Spring international choreography competition.

Irina currently works as a lead soloist at the Atlantic Ballet of Canada and develope her own choreography projects.
