Lilit (signing as Nshani) Margaryan's artistic journey started back in her teenage years and even earlier when dedicated to her academic studies in graphic arts and painting at National Center for Aesthetics after Henry Igityan, she recognized the power of art to help her overcome inner struggles so specific for that age.

However, life took Lilit in another direction for a long 15 years. During that period of artistic silence, she created occasional artworks for private collections and did not think about taking her art to a larger audience.

Artistic spirit had seeds much stronger and deeper than Nshani could anticipate. The rebelling processing inside pushed her towards the understanding and acceptance of herself as an artist. After phases of denial and unacceptance, Lilit's artistic rebirth happened as Nshani (after her father's name) and that was a moment of no return.

After 15 years of artistic paralysis, Nshani had to learn to walk again. And she did it in a brand new way. Nshani's new artworks have nothing in common with her early art pieces, as if they were created by different authors. And probably, it has some truth in it. In contrast to the teenager with uncertainty as a norm, Nshani rediscovered herself as an artist with a mature personality and strong beliefs ready to show herself to the world.
