Born in 1989 in Taichung, Taiwan. She lives and works in Taipei. Lin graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts, Department of Fine Arts, and Taipei National University of the Arts MFA Program in New Media Arts.
Lin’s works focus on the codes, languages, aesthetic states and meanings embedded in space, architecture and images. Lin works with various mediums, including painting, video, mixed media, installation, attempting to realize in her works a ‘safe haven’, as well as the state of being and philosophy.
Lin’s works have toured Linz, Berlin, Paris, London, Marseilles and Dresden for the group exhibition “ Schizophrenia Taiwan 2.0”. Other group shows include the 8th Digital Art Festival Taipei – Data-Neurons” (2013), “Taoyuan Contemporary Art Award — Harmony in Diversity” (2013), “Nintender” (2011).
