Artist Maia Nanobashvili was born in Georgia Tbilisi  in 1982.  From the early childhood She was addicted to art and at age 15 she entered Art College where she studied fine art and fashion design .

 In 2001 Maia entered Academy of art in Tbilisi but in this case in direction of stage design and fine art .  In 2003 she moved to Germany to enlarge her artistic  experience.

  Working for several plays as a stage designer make great influence on her painting. It became more dramatic, mysterious, symbolic. Every painting represents drama, which  opens before you in gesture, character, color end expression and tells you whole story in one picture.

Art of Maia Nanobashvili was represented in several solo and group shows in Georgia USA Germany, several times in Italy and France. 

For present she lives in Georgia and by side of painting is teaching art in University and works as Gallery manager.
