I am a senior Interior Design major at The Art Institute of Seattle. I am about to graduate this summer with my BFA, and hope to continue my education abroad to eventually recieve my Masters degree in Interior Architecture. I love all aspects of design, and art. I have been drawn to this field my entire life, and have aspired to make my creativity the basis of my lifes work. Other than work in Interior Design, I enjoy other forms of art as well. I grew up in a family of muscians, so learning to play various types of intruments was very normal for me growing up. I first learned how to play the flute in Elementary school, then I moved on to percussion as a teenager. I was in an all-girl rock band at the age of 13, where we performed at Seattle's EMP (Experience Music Project). As I progressed into High School, I enrolled in Guitar & Piano lessons, and at 15 I joined my school's Chamber Choir. My senior year I competed in my school's annual "Singing Idol" Competition, winning 5th place. Overall, I am deeply commited to my artwork and design, and I don't know where I would be without the chance to express my creativity on a daily basis. I love to help others, and someday I hope to find a career where I can use my talent in design to helping others live better lives.
