Born South Africa 1953, Studied B.Admin Unisa, MPA (Hons.) University Stellenbosch, worked in central and local government as well as private sector. Moved to Taiwan in 2001 to teach English, married Taiwan citizen, retired 2016 and started painting. Use mostly watercolors, like realistic art.
