Shota Imerlishvili was born in Telavi,Georgia on November 10th of 1991. Hegraduated from Georgian Technical University

with a bachelor’s degree in international relations. Shota started painting when he was only three years oldand has been painting ever since, eventhough he hasn’t professionally studied arts in any art school or university.A different individual style, personalway of perceiving reality and emotions,capability to creatively intertwine complex figures and colors are the main

characteristics of his work that he outlineswith one continuous stroke of a hand.

His personal way of perceiving themodern world, aspiration to constantlychange and evolve, battling with emotionsand the curiosity of touching individuals both on a physical and spiritual level are the core components of his inspiration. For him, art is the drivingforce and a way of survival. Shota describes his art as an expression of protest,emotions, feelings and love.
